Can you redesign our existing website?

Yes. We can start with your current site, discuss what is working and what needs to change, then define the design and development scope around your goals.
Do we need a design before getting in touch?

No. Bring an idea, an existing website, or an approved design. We can discuss a complete design-and-build project or development from your supplied files.
How long does a website project take?

The timeline depends on the number of pages, content readiness, integrations, and feedback rounds. We agree on a realistic schedule after understanding the scope.
What does a project cost?

Each project is scoped individually. Share your goals, required pages, preferred platform, and budget range so we can discuss an appropriate proposal.
Will we be able to update the website?

For CMS-based projects, we plan the editable content with your team and include a handover. The exact editing controls depend on the chosen platform and agreed scope.
Which platforms do you build on?

We design and develop websites on WordPress (custom themes, Elementor and custom plugins), Shopify, and Webflow, and also build custom HTML, CSS and JavaScript sites from Figma designs.
Do you work with clients and agencies outside Bangladesh?

Yes. Neonency is based in Dhaka, Bangladesh and works remotely with brands and agencies worldwide, including white-label development for agencies that need a dependable build partner.
